Golfers can start planning their un-FORE-gettable Florida golf getaway today with the arrival of the 2007 Golf Daytona Beach Travel Planner. The 36-page publication features information on golf vacation packages ranging from $69 USD to $348 USD per night.
The official publication of the Daytona Beach area’s Golf Daytona Beach program, the travel planner features detailed information on the program’s 17 member courses, which include a mix of public and championship greens. Featured courses include the award-winning Champions and Legends courses at LPGA International, the Golf Club at Cypress Head, Halifax Plantation Golf Club and Victoria Hills Golf Club.
Twenty-five Daytona Beach area hotels – ranging from quaint bed and breakfast inns to oceanfront resorts – are featured in the planner offering golf packages from $69 USD to $348 USD per night. Many packages include pre-arranged tee times, greens fees, daily continental breakfast and golfer’s/welcome gift. Most participating hotels are AAA and/or Mobil-rated properties, as well as members of Superior Small Lodging of Florida.
