An interesting mix of heathland and links golf, Old Tom Morris created a typically cerebral challenge on the banks of the Dornoch Firth. The round begins with a long par 4 where the approach must be played over a fence, before you face a dog-legging hole to a large quick green which is all too easy to three-putt.
