The county of Shropshire is a 2-FORE!-1 Golf paradise.

This underrated golfing county boasts some superb golf venues and fortunately several are in 2-FORE!-1 Golf and offer half-price green fees.

Cleobury Mortimer and The Shropshire should be both at the top of your Shropshire hit list – they’re both excellent modern golfing venues and offer 27 holes, three loops of nine, of quality parkland golf.

Hawkstone Park‘s Championship Course is also highly rated while picturesque Church Stretton may be short but it’s definitely sweet…and tricky!

And if you fancy a stay and play option then Patshull Park Hotel & GC is a good choice and is the home of a mature par 72 parkland track designed by John Jacobs.
