4. Kruger

A pushed drive on 10 will find this bunker, created by Old Tom Morris in 1900. The Boer War was being fought at the time, and an effigy of the much-hated President of the Transvaal, Paul Kruger, was ceremonially burnt on the links. Golf Illustrated magazine suggested the hazard be named after the despot.
