Ryder Cup star Matt Fitzpatrick signs for Bettinardi Golf

European Tour and PGA Tour star Matt Fitzpatrick has signed with precision-milled putter brand Bettinardi Golf.

World No.22 Fitzpatrick had chosen to play Bettinardi’s DASS BB1 Flow Tour Dept. putter with a custom face milling throughout the 2020 PGA Tour season. He recorded five top-ten finishes and ranking second in Strokes Gained: Putting with 0.880 before putting pen to paper on a deal with the brand.

While the Ryder Cup star is tied into a deal to wear Under Armour apparel, shoes and glove, the Bettinardi putter is the first club in the 26-year-old’s bag that he will play under contract. He remains a free agent for his woods, irons and wedges, currently choosing to play a combination of TaylorMade, Titleist and Ping metals, Ping irons and Vokey wedges. He plays a Titleist Pro V1 ball.

Fitpatrick’s custom putter face milling inspired Bettinardi and became the base of the newest Roll Control Face, found on the 2021 Studio Stock Series.

Matt Fitzpatrick has enjoyed great success on the greens with his Bettinardi putter.

“We couldn’t be more proud to have such a talented golfer to be a part of the Bettinardi Tour staff,” said founder Robert Bettinardi.
