Golf has been played here on Bromeswell Heath since 1893 and along with Aldeburgh and Ipswich provides a terrific long weekend in Suffolk. It is situated in a Suffolk Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the sandy turf, slick greens and gorse being almost links- like, even though this is a heathland.
