CLUB COMMENT: The whole course has been redeveloped in the past three years.

The professional, David Thomson, together with Tom Mackenzie, have undertaken massive changes to 17 of the holes, and their hard work has paid off, with this layout returning to our ranking after four years. Over 500,00 tons of earth have been moved and the dunes are much more dramatic than they were. A recent vistor, Colin Montgomerie, said he thought it was the best conditioned course he had ever seen, which is quite a compliment.
