What we say...

Srixon golf balls are incredibly well respected within the golfing world with the brand manufacturing some of the best golf balls available to golfers of all abilities.

Perhaps best known for producing some of the best golf balls for beginners and high handicappers Srixon’s Distance golf balls are definitely one of those beginners and high handicap golfers can depend on to give them more distance off the tee.

The Srixon Distance golf ball is one of the best distance golf balls available as it almost guarantees to increase distance in your long game. However, this ball is not only long off the tee, but it also feels good off the club face and delivers admirable spin and control in the short game – something that can’t be said about all distance golf balls.

Key tech

Technology within golf balls differs from brand to brand and model to model. The technology within the Srixon Distance is not the most advanced but it’s incredibly effective in providing exactly what players of this ball need – distance. What technology is in the Srixon Distance to help deliver on performance?

Fastlayer core

This is a smart bit of technology used in all of Srixon’s golf balls – even their premium models. The Fastlayer core has a soft center that gradually firms up moving toward the edge. This helps to deliver great speed and an impressive feel.

Speed dimple pattern

The speed dimple pattern has been aerodynamically engineered to help keep your ball on line and maximize distance in breezy conditions.

Durable ionomer cover

While this is not particularly a technological innovation, having a durable cover is certainly appreciated. Srixon golf balls do tend to be very durable compared to other models. Definitely something to consider – to help save you from splashing out on more balls (provided you don’t lose them).

Srixon Distance availability

Srixon Distance golf balls are only available in white so if you play with a bright colored golf ball you may have to look elsewhere. Numbered traditionally from 1 through 4.

These balls are readily available in the UK at an RRP of £19.99, these balls are not as readily available in the US but you can purchase them through Amazon.
