It’s good to see that Ping hasn’t neglected the faithful old fairway wood when it comes to the new i15 range.
The Ping i15 fairway wood benefits from a longer face design which increases MOI by an impressive 13%, while the internal weighting has been designed to achieve a centre of gravity position that allows the more serious golfer to work the ball on a penetrating ball flight.
Looks-wise, it’s unobtrusive and relatively simple at address – which the majority of better players will love.
