In this video TG’s Senior Equipment Editor Jonathan Greathead takes a first look at the new PING G25 driver.

PING have kept the aesthetics of their new driver very much on the conservative side of things – and while a charcoal, non-glare finish may not sound all that exciting, we think it makes the club look classy and unfussy.

The familiar alignment aid on the top of the crown remains, but isn’t prominent enough to put off better players who want a simple design at address.

The new G25 can also adjust using the Trajectory Tuning Technology by plus or minus 0.5°, while the hosel design is neat and tidy.
