Signed TG20 prizes up for grabs

Some fantastic signed memorabilia items from this year’s famous TG20 encounters are on offer…and should raise a hefty lump of cash for charity.
All the proceeds raised from this special auction will go towards Formula 1 star Rubens Barrichello’s chosen charity, the Brazilian-based Instittuto Barrichello Kanaan which helps vulnerable children and families in the ace driver’s homeland.
And among the signed prizes is Rubens’ signed Brawn cap with other major signed items including former England star David Platt’s Sampdoria shirt, Sir Clive Woodward’s book ‘Winning’ and a rugby ball signed and donated by World Cup-winning Will Greenwood.
But there are many, many other items up for grabs and the best of the rest include: Stormbreaker paperback signed by actor Damian Lewis; signed giant Battlestar Galactica poster by actor Jamie Bamber; signed tennis ‘golden’ balls by Jasper Carrott; signed caps by rugby legend Gareth Edwards and pop idol Gareth Gates; signed Dunhill Links programme by rock star Huey Lewis and a signed top by Olympic sailing gold medallist Ben Ainslie.
All the above stars played TG over a round of golf for the coveted TG20, agreeing to sign a piece of memorabilia for a chance at having a pot at the long-running par-3 nearest-the-pin competition – eventually won by the narrowest of margins by Rubens Barrichello.
