DLX-Lite

Powakaddy DLX-Lite FF Push Cart

RRP £229.99 | VIEW OFFER
Weight:
6.8kg | Folded Size: 710mm x 585mm x 200mm | Warranty: Two years | Main accessories: Multi-feature handle with scorecard holder; umbrella holder base; adjustable height handle; drinks holder; pen/pencil holder; footbrake; Powakaddy Key Lock System

Irrespective of whether trolleys were electric or push, they all used to be cumbersome pieces of kit, especially when it came to squeezing them into a car boot with a golf bag. Times have changed, though, and thanks to new folding mechanisms it’s now possible to fold trolleys down into impossibly small packages.

PowaKaddy have designed the DLX-Lite FF to fold into the flattest sandwich shape possible. So it’s thin enough to be laid over or under your golf bag in the boot. And if you drive a car with very limited space, it can slip neatly into the footwell behind the driver’s seat.

It has easy to operate footbrakes on both of the large sports wheels and the soft touch telescopic handle is quickly adjustable to suit your height. The Key Lock System ensures your PowaKaddy bag cannot tip or swivel, while strong, adjustable straps make it suitable for use with bags from other manufacturers.

Thanks to the extra cost (over the TwinLine 5), you also get a useful umbrella holder and water resistant mobile phone storage area, plus there are large scorecard, ball and tee holders.

Available in gunmetal with yellow or red trim, the DLX-Lite FF comes with a one-year warranty.

Twinline 5

Powakaddy Twinline 5 Push Cart

RRP £179.99 | VIEW OFFER
Weight: 7kg | Folded Size: 750mm x 425mm x 400mm | Warranty: Two years | Main accessories: Multi-feature handle with scorecard holder; adjustable height handle; drinks holder; footbrake; Powakaddy Key Lock System

PowaKaddy’s classic push trolley has been given a fifth-generation update for 2021 with the brand calling it “simplicity refined”.

Over the years, it has been a proven performer and while it may not have quite the same folding capabilities of the new PowaKaddy Cube or DFX-Lite FF, it is completely set up to glide over all sorts of terrain with the minimum of effort.

As far as push trolleys go, it’s lightweight, reliable, durable and excellent value for money.

The folding mechanism is easy to use while the inline design ensures stability with none of the quick-release sporty wheels able to swivel, meaning you can also use it as a pull trolley.

The TwinLine’s easy to operate footbrake keeps your push trolley exactly where you leave it, with the soft touch telescopic handle quickly adjustable to suit your height. It has also been designed to provide comfort for both right and left-handed golfers.

The Key Lock System ensures your PowaKaddy bag cannot tip or swivel, while strong, adjustable straps make it suitable for use with bags from other manufacturers.

Standard accessories include covered valuables storage, drink and scorecard holders, plus space for golf balls and tees. An umbrella holder is available to buy separately.

Micra Cart

Micra by name but ingenious by nature, this superb bit of kit folds down to an unfathomably small size in just two simple steps. For those with limited boot size, it is just the ticket.

It is also packed with excellent add-ons. The water-resistant mobile phone storage area is a great little innovation and ergonomic soft-touch handle makes a big difference.

Despite its small fold-down size, once it is expanded to its working dimensions, the handle is noticeably large and accommodates the scorecard holder, pen/pencil holder and golf balls/tees storage area with ease.

The robust wheels are available in three different trim colours – yellow, blue and red.
